Guththivankaya curry

Ingredients:

brinjal - 4
onions - 3/4 (grinded)
sesame seeds and ground nuts - roasted and grinded - 6 spoons powder
dhaniya powder - 1/2 spoon
coconut powder - 1/2 spoon
ginger garlic passte - 1/2 spoon
chilli powder - 1/2 spoon
salt - 1/2 spoon


method: Cook the brinjals in some oil in a pan. Now in the oil cook the onions paste and add ginger garlic paste, dhaniya powder, blended sesame seeds and ground nuts, chilli powder, salt and coconut powder. Add some water and add the brinjals to it. cook until oil oozes out. Garnish it with corriander leaves and curry leaves.
